I'm cranky.

As a result, I've already sent a letter to the University administration criticizing their choice of students for a media campaign seeing as one of them had a restraining order from certain areas of campus for committing acts of violence and intimidation, primarily against women.

I have also wrote a sternly worded letter to the University Financial Aid office for failing to recognize me as a disabled person despite having a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE. I don't f*cking care if the desk attendant didn't think so, my DOCTOR does (not to mention the government).

Maybe next I should write the Dean of Social Science about the joke they call Economics.

No wonder my blood pressure has shot up 20 points in the last month.

I should start handing out Asshat Awards, to organizations who go out of their way to be ignorant fuckers.

Y'see, the problem is that you expect Carleton to behave as if it were a rational, logical, caring human being. I have, in my own experience, rarely seen it display any of these things, with the medical centre being an exception. Individual staff members may be fine, but the University seems to consider students (and faculty) to be cash cows meant to be milked dry and discarded when no longer useful.
