If this sort thing happens on a regular basis, i'd say it was. not that things are usually as bad as yesterday, right?

I've just had several really bad experiences with large throngs of people. I think that's why it doesn't act up unless there are more than 5,000 people in the immediate area, or 500 or so in a confined space
