*blinks* I don't think marrying early is a solution to anything except an attempt to resolve of security issues.

In this case, it's apparently the only way to be a responsible adult, since us May 31st folks won't do it unless we're required to be responsible by the structure of a family.

(Mind you, I did pick up my cats a while ago... Wonder if that counts.)
