 I'm fairly certain Pebbles had a tonic-clonic seizure last night

Because it lasted so long and seemed to hover for awhile after wards?

She had the shaking seizure which lasted for about 5 minutes, and then afterwards, she was blind, had no control of her tongue and was quite disoriented. She can now see and jump and drink and such, so it was temporary and part of the seizure.

Yikes, that sounds serious. I hope your puppy ends up being okay.

It may be an age thing and the first sign of her mortal nature. She's 9 and otherwise in excellent condition for her age.

Yeah, she's back to being Pebbles, but I'm still going to take her to the vet.

She seems okay. Katie lived with us for a little over two years after her seizures started. It got to be frustrating as seizures are kind of messy, but if you put down a family member the first time they pee on the furniture, we'd have to say goodbye to James and my brother too.
