OK Fine.

My neighbours are freaks. In a bad way. We should really look at moving out sooner rather than later.

My boss is supporting me in my current situation at work very effectively. The person I'm having an issue with isn't getting much better in her behaviour, but I know my boss has my back, and I suspect the stuff will hit the fan when my boss gets back from Hawaii.

My old boss hand-picked her. He's her boss now. They are both very awesome. Very much about career development and supporting their teams. When I had a problem getting my pay reinitiated after maternity leave, my Director was all over it and it was solved in 2 days. He really doesn't have time to be dealing with this stuff, but happy employees are good employees...

I mean, probably 75% of my issue with my coworker is that her actions undermine the authority of my manager. I like my manager, and thus, I have an issue with her. The other 25% is her saying crap like "No offense to your age..."

If you have to start a sentence with "No offense", you're probably better off not saying it at all.

for sure. I didn't realise how much of a problem her undermining your manager was. That is a serious work issue.

I'm also a military brat, so I have a higher-than-average respect for the chain of command.
