I went to physiotherapy today. The verdict? I tore 33% of my MCL. It should take 3-4 weeks to heal if I don't screw it up again. Apparently if you fully sever the thing it will reattach itself.... weird...

Ouch. And that is weird.

Where'd you go if you don't mind my asking? I did something to my arm that's been bothering me for two weeks now. Might be prudent to see what it was.

I heard good things about the physiotherapy place at Carleton University, and after my initial visit, I'm impressed. He was doing some things to my knee that, if done improperly, could cause severe amounts of pain, and all went well.

As soon as Public transportation starts up again I shall go see for myself!

I hope you give it a chance to fully heal. But, that it will fully heal sounds like good news.

It'll never be the same, but I'll take what I can get. There's a reason I'm walking with a cane until it heals - so I don't do it again.
