I wonder if anyone is truly ready for parenthood. I get freaked out that I've been a bad pet owner, forget that I'm expected to raise a productive member of society. 

I also start school tomorrow. Many may think this to be an insane decision. They may be right, but I really do need external pressures. I'm also told breastfeeding is a great time to read books since you're not going anywhere.

I haven't met anyone that was ever truly ready for parenthood. There has always been something that has taken them aback or unawares.
