As I write my grievance to the Ontario Housing Tribunal, I become increasingly aware of how fucked my landlord is going to be when we hit court.

I suspect it's because they're renting apartments in this building for over $100 more a monh than what I've been paying them and I asking for all these pesky repairs to be done.
