So I've been in the GTA for the holidays, and it's been a doozy. 3 turkey dinners, 1 ham, 1 roast beef, umpteen presents, seeing a bunch of different relatives, and now off to the zoo for some relaxation before making the drive back to Ottawa to pick up a second-hand couch (we returned the futon to my mom), and move zenten's grandpa's cabinets into the apartment. The place is going to look a little different.

Misty is my favourite sci/fantasy author evah evah...I have read (and own) nearly everything she has ever written -- with the exception of the Alta series -- and I drool over new novels of Valdemar or bard/elf shenanigans.

Good haul, otherwise, too! I would post mine, but I'm nervous someone will snidely respond with a tragic story of getting one dirty black sock and a potato for Xmas and I'm so spolied and selfish...yeah, I have the problems....lol...
