Well, that's only natural. There's a lot to hate about Rogers, afterall...

If Josh gets in full time/permanent where he is, we're cancelling the TV and downloading anything watchable

I find that in working for Rogers most of the people hate us due to our prorated billing..it is complex and is not for the average person to understand...but it is 99.9 correct. Also if you go online or call in and say that you want to cancel over the prices-we have may good offers to keep you!

LOL Awesome

My grief is a result of the rotating account numbers.

I got Rogers, then I moved, and they changed my account number and I paid to the old one and had to point out $600 in payments when they threatened to cancel for nonpayment, and then I put Josh's cell phone on the bill, and they changed my account number and a similar process ensured, and then we cancelled the phone, and they split the account number, so now I have a Rogers bill showing an $80 credit, and another Rogers wireless bill showing an $80 due immediately with late fees since they split the consolidated billing when we cancelled the phone.
