Apparently Rogers does not believe that they must inform you that you have been paying into the wrong account sporadically over the past few years. No credit statements. No friendly phone call. Nothing that might clue you into the fact that they are holding onto $400 of your money in a *closed* account which accepts new payments.
On the bright side I don't have to find the money to pay the bill for a while.

I actually had the sccript of questions that bell asks you for troubleshooting the internet. I would simply brief them on what I ahd done before I called and ask to speak to a level three technician.
LOL - I got more than a few sighs of relief and thank yous.....pathetic, but effective and efficient!
