A nervous breakdown...

I feel like a fuckup... I've really screwed up lately.

I consider this a large setback.

As much as I love spring I think this time of year is unhealthy mentally. I hope you can pull out of it enough to enjoy or at least relax for your birthday.

I get like this every year around this time

so when significant things happen, they seem 100 times worse, and then they compound, and I really have to fight the urge to hide under the blankets and treat the entire situation like a closet monster.

Me too... this year I'm hugging my light box, yoga and pills close and hoping that maybe this year it will be different.

Would you like to go out for coffee sometime just to chat?

That would be cool, but will have to wait until after the 22nd or so.

I'm presently having issues with time management (read: resolving demands on my time)

Cookie monster? I can't make it to your birfday but if you isn't so ungodly hungover or still hiding in the closet for St. Paddy's Day, come on out to Paddy Bowlen's where we should have a good ol' table downstairs by about 2 or 3pm I hope.

I've been warned I have to be at work on the 17th (since the co-op students all booked it off), but I should be able to sneak out around 4:30... the line up should only be an hour or two at most by then, right?

My goal for St. Paddy's day is to not hurl at the 10am meeting with the Director and Director General. If I make it past that, I should be golden.

*offers a hug* This time of year is too damn stressful.

I second this statement. If anything, I admire your strength. Even in dark times, I've seen you rise from the ashes.

You will do so again.

*hugs* I feel like that at this time of year too. It confuses the animals. One moment I'm fine, the next I'm crying and the animals jump me.

I blame it on spring.
