So today, my boss asked me to make up the table of contents for Volume 2 (based on his experience with Volume 1).
So apparently I wasn't a nasty enough employee. He wants me back on his next project.
The answer will only be yes if I can work from home and the main form of conteact is by e-mail. This would solve a significant number of issues like being sent an e-mail followed bya cubicle visit with the message "I just sent an e-mail"... yes I see that, thank you. *5 minutes pass* "I sent you another e-mail".
*grrr*
Studies show that checking e-mail throughout the day is disruptive. I wonder what the studies say about e-mails with their own welcoming committee.
I now have some time to relax (due to the job screw-up).
