The company loves me. I have to go talk to the VP Finance tomorrow. I have to convince him that I am no stanger to overtime. Three weeks vacation to start, lots of lateral movement in the company. Closer to home. Good starting salary. The cubicle isn't pink.

I will be a glorified copy bitch.

Sweet. I wish I had the experience you do, I would love that sort of job.

The most important job skill is confidence.
Write your computer skills on a resumé, emphasize your best job skills and go in and act like you are the best thing to ever have happened to their organization. It sounds conceited, but damn if it doesn't land you a job (almost) every time.

I wish.
It's a 30 minute bus ride (or 25 minute busride and 15 minute walk)... as opposed to 45 minutes to 1 hour (or 90 minutes in bad weather). This is an improvement.

I silently begrudge my partner for having a 5 minute walk to work in the mornings. I comfort myself knowing that I make more money than he does.
