I do believe that ECO1102E, taught by Lawrence Harris is likely going to receive the worst class review I have ever given.

The Professor does not keep office hours at all, will not divulge where his office is, blames a different professor for stuff not being available (like assignments with mystical due dates), refuses to answer e-mails and I have not even reached the part where he spends more time tinkering with AV equipment than actually teaching.

I must do more to educate myself, but with my insane schedule, I'd really freaking appreciate it if this assignment (which was advertised on the website to be posted on the website for yesterday... with no such luck) could materialize at some point so I could get it out of the way.

I say complain, but having been through the process of fighting established university practices that punish students, be prepared for a long fight and the ocassional "you really don't want to do this, do you?" type talks. Carleton's administration has a history of treating students as a way to make money, and tends to focus less heavily on actually delivering services. Start with the deprtment chair of undergraduate studies and work up. It's a good idea if you can talk privately with a sympathetic faculty member to learn how things really operate, but that may not be possible.

Best of luck! It's professors like this that give universities a bad name.
