Well, I bought 2 tickets and I don't typically drop $400+ in US funds as a typical purchase.

oh, for some reason I got the impression that you were able to get yourself a "low income" ticket

I got a scholarship ticket last year, which was awesome, and while I might be able to qualify for a low-income ticket, I am working full-time(ish) right now.

It's kind of a pay-what-you-can deal.
