I needed the IV, I was a little far gone to have rehydrated myself. Had I only had more ocnfidence in my ability to self medicate. I had chosen all of the correct drugs, I just failed to take enough of them.

Hypothetical Diagnosis: Viral Gastroenteritis.
In Human: A virus is making my entire digestive tract really upset.

My doctor was pretty cool. She asked "Have you been around any small children? Because small children give you things like this... I hate small kids."

I also vow to make an inexpensive gadget that warms IV fluid to body temperature before putting it in, because room temperature fluid makes you cold. It makes you really really cold.

So I can't eat a whole lot still. I'm still trying to consume that sub that zenten pcked up for me last night. I think it should be good for 5 meals.

I'm still weak like a newborn kitten.

Off to go replenish drug stores.

Heh when they gave me the antibiotic IV push in the hospital last Christmas the shit was cold as a witch's teat. Feeling that shit go into me....man oh man I confessed. I confessed to it all. I kidnapped the Lindbergh baby, I shot Kennedy...all of it...
