I am so tired, but anxious, so therefore it is 3:30am, I am wideawake and powerless to fix anything that is making me anxious.

In other notes... turkey was good, it was my first, I'm not poisoned. I undercooked the scallops, the dressing was a little underspiced, but all in all, everything from the homemade cranberry sauce and Sweet Potato, to the baked rolls and the greek salad were pretty good.

Question: Is it wierd that my family puts sausage in the stuffing?

Everyone up here looks at me funny. Both my grandparents made it that way and they're (mainly) British descent, but other people with similar heritages have way different recipes.

zenten was telling me tha tboth side of his family used dry bread and raisins!? That I think is wierd to me.

I'd say that using dried bread is the most common way to make stuffing here. Rice is a common thing but comes in second. While I've heard of putting raisins in it... I've always considered it a bit odd. Raisins do not belong in my stuffing! =P

My favorite stuffing is made with freshly made bread crumbs, onions, and lots of mushrooms. It's a weird one to make because the biggest ingredient used isn't bread. Doesn't look like stuffing at all until it cooks.

Mine is sausage meat, grated apple, onion, bread, sage, oregano and summer savory. Add ingredients together haphazardly based on what you remembered to pick up.
