Okay, so I haven't posted in a while
my body has decided to act out, I am at home covered in hives
I'm a little delirious
Thank you demonalissa for letting me steal benadryl, you have no idea how much it helped
read: tons.
I'm not out of the woods yet
Who has air conditioning?
I'm so close to spending money i don't have to buy one, holy shit, this heat is insane.

We had a few old AC's in the garage but upon careful inspection, we could not verify that any of them actually worked, otherwise I would cheerfully hand you one.
Oh, and as for the dehumidifier...umm...well...I used to have a basement apartment with one of those and ran it 24/7...it did nada for the humidity but it sure worked hard - thereby actually contributing to the heat, which in turn heated up the moisture it couldn't pull out of the air...
Oh yeah, and there is nothing like emptying the liquid trays, yech.
IMO dehumidifiers are useful for keeping your books from getting permanent waves and that's about it.
