I'm tired and cranky and sore.

I went with zenten to C-ACE yesterday and today, but I had a drug interaction which really kept me up all night friday and my muscles still burn

i'm going to go find an icepack (i've had a prodrome migrain e all day_

it's like a pre migraine
if you catch it properly, you can actually kill the full on migraine before it starts

It was my first time to a con and i was pretty cranky
the art was nice and some of the seminars were fun (Worldbuilding, Boardgames)

I just got cranky today so when a volunteer and 2 staff couldn't answer a question about programming, i got really pissy (not outwardly, but enough so i just wanted to go home).

some people it's 30 minutes, mine can actually linger for a few hours where i eel it, but i think i'm losing this one
