People do die of cancer in four months--believe me, I know--but (unless you've been not letting on about some noticeable symptoms in social situations, which is entirely reasonable) often they don't come across as being as healthy as you. As long as your doctor stays up-to-date on your situation, your odds are probably pretty good.
If you're seriously stressed about it--which is sure as hell understandable--ask your doctor if they have any recommendations for where you can go to get a second opinion, and then (regardless of what they say) go get a second opinion.
As to the no sex allowed part, fingers and tongues may still do handy things. ;)
