My chest really hurts. I stopped breathing for a bit. I feel really defective. and scared. my body is a traitor that I have to live with.

I started again! I'm just waiting a little bit, but unfortunately today was not much better, chest feels really heavy. I should invest in a good pair of jumper cables.

I just need to get in to see the doctor. I'm a little scared because it really sounds like what my friend gets. It's a little scary having a friend with the same disease as you, and his is a little more advanced, so I get a morbid sneak preview of sorts. The plan is to take it easy for a bit.
