Man, I'm too good at this.

So tomorrow Courtney figured out a short term solution to get me into financial aid. It's a shitty solution and it involves him waiting in line for me and me getting up early.
So I finally got around to making my bursary application.
1 page application
67 pages of supporting documents.
It's all about the supporting documents.
EI statements
Credit Card Bills
Apartment Lease
Medical receipts
Ambulance receipts
Disability refusals
Disability repayment orders
Disability cheques
Income Tax Forms
Eviction notices
Bounced Cheques
The List Goes On
The only reason I can see them refusing me is because I got one last year. However, someone would think that If i can come up with 67 pages of supporting documents, it would be easier to get a single OSAP form signed for a freaking loan if I could get one.
Wish me luck

Whoa! I wonder why they're being such asses about this. It's really unusual, especially as clearly you're in need with all of these.

Maybe it's because of your parents' income? Sometimes they calculate that *rolls her eyes* ... you'd have to be 5 years out of high school to be considered independent.

I've never found dealing with Financial Aid offices an especially pleasant experience.

Just because you got a bursary last year, doesn't mean you should be prevented from a bursary this year.

Well, she couldn't get the staple through my supporting documentation. Not bad for 3 hours of digging.

Yeah, my parents make too much money, but won't sign the forms for me. They're just negligent. I need to apply for governemnt assistance to be considered for a bursary which is the only reason why I apply for OSAP.

I wish you luck.

I just sent them pay stubs to prove low income so I can request interest relief. They just returned a form acknowledging they received my letter but they are requesting pay stubs to prove my low income. ?. And so begins the dance, again.
