Today I installed a car seat.

I would hazard to guess that the reason so many people install them incorrectly is because the directions provided are brutally incoherent.

Does IKEA sell car seats... because seriously, they need to write instructions for installation like that.

Taking the car and car seat to a local precient and there is an officer that is more than happy to offer and show how to properly install a baby car seat. In fact they encourage it to ensure the safety of the newborn.

Unfortunately the City of Ottawa discontinued doing car seat inspections (through Emergency Services) and the only group doing them are volunteers through the A-Channel... and the next clinic isn't until February
