Since it looks like we'll be driving through Texas ont he way to Burning Man, I checked the law, we can't have more than 6 dildos in the car or else we're looking at a Class A misdemeanor. I think that gets you the death penalty in Texas. Bondage gear is totally legal though, however I'll double check what we can take across the US/Canada border. I really don't want to be stripsearched because a guy found a flogger in the car.

Long story involving a random detour to New Orleans because if we're going to be in the car 44 hours anyhow to get there, what's a detour really? Kali_Kali left a map on the other post which is similar to the route we'll be taking. It's turning into a crazy road trip.

According to one of the articles I read, one person expressed their opinion that it was men with anatomical insecurities that came up with these laws. Apparently the law also stands in Georgia. Kansas and Louisiana repealed their anti-sextoy laws last year.
