I went to see the doctor today. Courtesy of the common cold, I'm on Maternity Leave effective immediately. By immediately, I'm going to interpret as the middle to end of this week, because I'm not wired to just walk away from my job at the drop of a hat.

Sounds like the first time one could ever be pleased about catching a cold - make sure your working thru the week doesn't tucker you our or make the cold worse!

It looks like I'll be going in one day this week. I would have protested a little more except the woman in the cubicle next to mine is a douche and I don't need to hear static in the morning. Meh....

Now to figure out what to do with the next 6 weeks...
