I'll still take it to work, because I work downtown, but it means I can visit people and even go out at night without waiting for hellish transit schedules.
At first I was gonna say 'great, now you don't have to deal with the bullshit of taking the bus to work - especially in winter" but then I saw you will still. Guess I don't blame you. Parking is nuts downtown.
It does mean that if her job moves somewhere else (she seems to change jobs at least once every 6 months) that has both parking and a pain in the ass bus route from here to there, then she can drive.
lol I actually started the car buying process like 9 weeks ago. It's classified as a truck, which means I'll never have to worry about failing emissions testing, because it has a car engine. Mostly I just wanted something to throw the husband and dog in with the camping equipment. I'm just lucky there's room for a baby in it (which there wasn't in the cars zenten was checking out).
