So I just spent the last 2 days in off-site meetings for work. Today we got broken up into working groups to identify needs for the next quarter.  I was the only woman assigned to a group of 20 people to work on Tools Assessment and implementation. The following dialogue caused most of my coworkers to cough just a little:

J: So who are you? (referring to the group)
R: Tools
S: A bunch of tools
R: Then why is she here?
Me: Because all tools need a box
