zenten and I headed up to ![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png){kind=small}
parisbaby_2003 's parent's place as she and furious_g were in town. It was with mixed emotion however that I did not pursue the hot tub. I probably would have been fine (I lost my pregnancy rulebook somewhere), but as I had funny stomach pains that night and the next morning, I would have gotten paranoid that I had done something wrong. Bah. A little steak and a lot of laughter, it was definitely worth the visit, and we only remembered late in the evening that the Man was probably burning, and I didn't mind. ____________________
Today zenten and I popped over to
dagibbs' for some boardgame action. I enjoyed Tsuro, and can't even remember the names of the other games, through they were also fun, though I also lacked any concept of strategy for the games. I didn't get my ass totally kicked and this is important. For many people, different social groups imploded just a little bit more. It would help if I had an attention span that didn't require me stating "You know, I totally zoned out again" every ten minutes. Unfortunately this condition isn't likely to improve in the near future.
