So Friday morning I grabbed the rental car, and they upgraded me to an SUV and told me if I took the collision damage waiver, they’d give me a $0 deductible. Yep, definitely could use this to teach
zenten to drive on. Went to work, came home, loaded up the car for camping and then took Pebbles to karaoke at
kabarett’s house (like 1 street away from our apartment). It was good. I need to sing more. And if anyone wants to know,
zenten sings a rockin’ version of Sweet Transvestite.

Got up Saturday morning, got on the road by 9, and got to the campsite a little after 10, set up our gear, and off to the lake for a swim… where I swam my grandmother’s dock back across the lake much to the surprise and amusement of the neighbours.
I let
zenten drive on the private land, and though he didn't do too poorly, I have new-found sympathy for my mother teaching me how to drive.

Pebbles seems to enjoy camping, although she did not seem pleased that I moved her off of my pillows at night. She is an awesome dog to leave to her own devices.
There was much fun and frisky antics.
