Attention Rogers:

Repeated customer service calls while I am at home decrease customer satisfaction.

This includes following up on complaint calls I never made.
... and checking my address for the ninth time.
... and calling to see if I'm satisfied with my service four times.
... or calling two or three times in one day for the same thing.


I wish I were exagerrating these numbers.

Did I mention I've had them as a home phone provider for 18 days?

Stop calling me, or when the rebates disappear in 3 months, so will my account.

I would like to remind people that what are considered assets by some, are hindrances to others.
I dislike that you can see what people choose, because I think it causes people to be more sensitive to your feelings.
