So I got up early to get to the hospital today. My plan worked, all the drunks were taken care of and tossed, and no one had been awake long enough to get themselves hurt. First in line baby! Which means it still took 5 hours.

The doctor thinks it is mild Pericarditis. I get to go for an Ultrasound or something soon to see He kept calling it an Echo. The $40,000 machine didn't show much, so we'll see what the $250,000 machine says. Four days of bedrest and steroids for now. Oh yeah, no late nights, no drinking and no more rough sex with biting [livejournal.com profile] zenten ! (For now)

It's 1pm and I'm hungry now. I don't feel any better, but I brought hospital souvenirs... ECG electrodes... some Ultrasound gel... a face mask...

I'm going to grab food to eat. See, I told everyone I wouldn't die!

You Are 26 Years Old

26

Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view - and you look at the world with awe.

13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.

20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences.

30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

I'm missing an electrode. I generally get to pick them off myself. They put 10 leads on you for the ECG, and I only pulled off 9... I don't know where the last one went...
So I got a letter from the University. My impending graduation from school now feels real. They were asking me to order my diploma. I think I'll just take the free one for now. I'm thinking of being prententious and getting it in Latin, which isn't so pretentious since I can speak Latin. I like this decision, it's not life altering, I don't even have to take it seriously. Maybe I'll just get the standard English diploma, for my English Degree, which I promised myself I'd get framed. And then more than likely it will be life as usual.
