For those of you in Toronto, here is something to check out if there's an overpriced restaurant you've been wishing you could check out...

Hellyaahh - I got hooked on this scheme when I was taken to my first Winterlicious resto for my goodbye party from the the job I quit because it sucked assballs.

Now I'm arranging a WL lunch for some of my coworkers, and a dinner with G and some friends.

I AM THE ESTABLISHMENT. (hee)

It's all about becoming the establishment. Becoming the establishment and change the policy is how I like to play it.

I mean really, I'm now an 'adult', and that sure as hell does not mean the same thing it meant 30 years ago. If I want to go home and spend my evenings playing video games in a ball-pit motif livingroom, that is my perogative. It makes me no less responsable than any generation before me, it just means I've changed the rules.

And my fictitious kids are going to say "There's no way I'm going to grow up to be like my mom!" and define adulthood for themselves. ]

I just wish they were running the same promo in Ottawa... maybe I can convince them to do this instead of Winterlude. Mmm Winterlude Hog.
