Yes, I'm very stable

That went very well.

It started with arriving at an empty room, taking off my coat getting a glass of water, and watching as two other candidates hovered in the hallway waiting. When the supervisor for the interview showed up, she invited the two guys in the hallway into the room and offered to take their coats and then offered them some water, turning around, spotting me said "5 bonus points for you"

and ended with the interviewers complimenting me on my apparent ability to learn quickly and also my apparent stability in life.

Stable... odd thing for them to comment on. It makes me wonder what they are used to seeing.

It's more or less a graduate recruitment drive. The fact that I can remember every place I've lived in the last ten years, and join community organizations in every city I live in seemed to contribute to a sense of stability rather than transience (which many students portray)
