(no subject)

I would like to get my haircut in a place that is not my bathtub.

Does anyone know of anyone decent that won't cost me more than it costs to shave my Poodle?

How much does it cost to shave your poodle?

$70

I'm willing to spend $40ish this time.. as opposed to my $10 chop.

Hair Bananas at Rideau cost me about 35$

I'm actually pretty happy with the person I go to at the Hair Co-Op on Bank. $15.

(Mind you, even the *really really nice* place Mom took me once where I heard lines like "Hello, my name is John, and I'll be washing your hair today" only came to $50.)

Maybe it'll be different now that I have short hair. When my hair was past my waist, most places would charge $44 to trim my hair. Not wash. Not style. Not do anything fancy. $44 to cut a straight line across the bottom of my hair.

The barber shop charged $8.
