The elevator is broken.. again... in my building
Not sure if I want to go out now... walking the 6 flights back up the first time made my hip and back unhappy.

That sucks...6 flights can be murder on someone not used to walking up 12 sets of stairs....still and all, it is nice to get out...Maybe go very slowly? Few flights then rest?

Maddening when your body won't do what you tell it to do isn't it?

Well, coming in I had the dog and she was not happy about being in the stairwell.

Yeah, there aren't that many dogs out there who like appartment stairwells...the odd noises tend to freak them out....then there's what happens if someone has a tinkle in the stairway.....that drives them nuts, especially the ones who hunt by scent.

Yeah and it also sucks that your building has only one elevator...let's not forget that part...

Oh actually it has 2, but one has been broken for like 2 weeks... there's a sign that says "Please use Elevator #2 on service, it will be repaired next week"
Now Elevator #1 won't call, and since #2 is "On Service" it won't come see you.
