If I were the parent I would leave the decision up to the child when he or she was older. Evidence has shown people trying to assign a gender to babies with multiple sexual characteristics sometimes backfires, so why should an extra armed child be any different?

Of course specially made clothing will be a pain...

Finnally we could have a usefull mutation,,and doctors have to remove it...Leave the fricken arm,,,that's what I say. If the mutation is weak,,it will fail.
