so it turns out i just sprained everything... so much for depo provera eating away my bone density

Doctor says no writing or typing x1 week....

Yes it does, at least at the dose for birth control. I have to come off it after 5 years mainly because of that reason.

If you're on it, or know someone who is, the best thing to dois discuss it with your doctor.
