That's probably because I don't touch my server most of the time. Or maybe the servers at work are running windows.

Because the people running those servers are not the people being PAID to run those servers.

No, really.

All of Industry Canada was openly accessible, with full root privileges, from the web in November 2004. The admins were notified, but didn't seem to do anything about it.

Which branch of IC are you talking about? There are endless branches, offices and departments to Industry, all of them running on different servers.
