I missed my dentist appointment today because I didn't check the messages. I feel dumb again.

I'm surprisingly sheltered from the fiscal year. It's mostly just a deficiency in personallife management.

This is the 4th medical appointment I've missed in 2006.

*hugs you* relax. I know that sounds facile, but honest to God, it's when we get wound up we make mistakes yeh? And the more wound up we get, the more mistakes we make - and if you'll forgive the presumption - with you it seems that the more mistakes you make the more wound up you get.

Just relax. Let the mistakes go.
