I would like to remind people that what are considered assets by some, are hindrances to others.
I dislike that you can see what people choose, because I think it causes people to be more sensitive to your feelings.

Don't know you well enough yet.

I'm doing the Johari because I want to see if other people view me in certain ways that I can't imagine myself as. We are our own worst critics, after all.

I am not going to be upset with others for picking things normally seen as negative traits on the Johari as I know that we all have our good and bad traits (to be interpreted as you design them).

I also think there's room for interpretation for some of the words -- ie. proud could be seen as either negative or positive depending on the context.

Some people think "shy", "assertive" and "introvert" are criticisms.

Really? Wow. I don't think they are necessarily criticisms.

I take pride in being an introvert :P ... Hehe.

the problem is much of our society thrives on extroversion. People who prefer solitary work versus group efforts are wierd.

I think it's much preferred.

yeah I noticed that after answering one. It bugs me too.

I'm gonna put fake names in from now on. :P
