So, as with every year, Christmas proves eventful.
My brother was on probation, and then got arrested for a drunk and disorderly, so while breaking his bond curfew on Friday, he got beaten up at a bar, so after I got back to my parent's place today after taking the bus, and then going to the zoo, I came home and cleaned his 43 stitches on his face and drained the infection under the skin on his nose. He's going to need plastic surgery. With any luck it won't be too bad.
Dinner was pretty good, and I got some presents from my family. I'll be off to visit Josh's family tomorrow.
Josh got me a picture, a Sims video game and a glow-in-the-dark puzzle.
My brother got me a book and a bath set.
My grandparents got me Marguerita glasses and mix, and a crockpot.
My mom got me a sweater, 6 Martini glasses, and a dirt devil floor sweeper.
I'm trying to figure out the message this is trying to send... you need to get drunk and keep a better home?
BTW Josh..I told them and they're happy for us.
