A little busier today ergo not so boring. Only accidentally hung up on one person, and luckily that time was not either of the times the Minister himself called in. whew.

Many people like me, two do not. *growl*

One is the only guy in the complaint department. He's kind of allowed to be grumpy.

The other is just a difficult person.

One is a very difficult person. She is the type of person unwilling to rescue a puppy that is directly in her path because it's not her job. She berated me for leaving my desk to go to the washroom. She also chewed me out for not informing her that somoene else's fax did not go through. uh huh.
It's not that I don't care, it's just that I can tell she does this to everyone else to make herself feel better about something.
