waterspyder | (no subject)

I accidentally started a fire in the kitchen involving a ladle. Oops. What infuriates me is that I smelled the fire and came out to find billowing black smoke in my kitchen, now considering my smoke detector is halfway between my bedroom (Where I was located) and the kitchen, why didn't my smoke detector go off?? I will be having words with the management.
